B. Full Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
- “Client,” “you”: Person or company booking services
- “Studio,” “we”: Indian Podcast Studio
- “Services”: Podcast shoots, editing packages, thumbnails, content support
2. Booking & Payment
- Advance: 50% due at booking. Slot confirmed upon receipt.
- Balance: Payable before or on the day of shoot.
- Packages: As listed (₹6,000–₹20,000 for edits; ₹500–₹5,000 for thumbnails). All prices excl. GST.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Free Reschedule: One per booking with at least 24 hr notice.
- Late Reschedule / No-Show: Full session charge applies; no refund of advance.
- Cancellations: After shoot window begins = advance forfeited.
4. Session Timing & Overtime
- Booked Slot: Includes setup + wrap.
- Grace Period: 30 min complimentary; thereafter ₹8,000/hr (or pro-rata) applies.
- Extended Use: Charged per additional 30 min block.
5. Deliverables & Revisions
- Editing: First cut delivered within package timeline.
- Revisions: Up to 2 consolidated rounds per deliverable.
- Thumbnails: Delivered per package scope. Additional a-la-carte designs billed separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate host/guest names, assets (logos, graphics) prior to edit.
- Supply WhatsApp or email contact for confirmations—failure may delay delivery.
- Respect studio policies: no equipment tampering, maintain cleanliness.
7. WhatsApp as a Communication Channel
- WhatsApp messages are informal support; contractual notices must be via email.
- We aim to reply within business hours. Do not rely on WhatsApp for urgent legal notices.
8. Intellectual Property
- Raw Footage & Final Videos: Client owns final deliverables after full payment.
- Studio retains rights to promotional usage of behind-the-scenes and final clips unless otherwise agreed.
9. Liability & Indemnity
- We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, missed launch dates).
- You indemnify us against any claims arising from your content (e.g., copyright, defamation).
10. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolved in Noida courts.
